Authenticity Policy

Vookum represents every watch it sells as genuine. Counterfeit, replica, clone, or imitation products are not permitted in the Vookum catalog.

Independent retailer review

Before dispatch, each watch is reviewed using documentation and physical examination appropriate to the product. Review may include the reference and serial format, case, dial, hands, movement where appropriate, bracelet or strap, accessories, known service components, and comparison with reliable reference information. Vookum may use a qualified independent specialist when additional expertise is needed.

This is Vookum’s independent retailer process. It is not manufacturer authentication, certification, authorization, sponsorship, or endorsement unless the individual product page expressly states otherwise and supporting documentation is included.

Original, replacement, and aftermarket components

A genuine watch may contain manufacturer service parts, later replacement parts, restoration, customization, or aftermarket components. Known material components of this kind will be disclosed in the product description. Authenticity does not mean every component is original to the watch unless the listing expressly says so.

Documentation and included set

The product description identifies the box, papers, warranty card, service records, spare links, straps, tools, and other accessories included with the exact watch. These items are not implied when they are not listed.

Authenticity concern after delivery

Contact info@vookum.store or call +1 539 203 8750 promptly with the order number and supporting information. Do not open, alter, polish, repair, or replace components before receiving return instructions, and do not ship the watch until Vookum has confirmed the return address in writing. If Vookum determines that a returned watch sold by Vookum is not genuine, Vookum will refund the product price and any reasonable authorized return-shipping cost, without a restocking fee, subject to applicable law.
