Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy explains return and refund rights for orders placed directly through Vookum. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

30-day return window

Vookum accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery. To request a return, email info@vookum.store with your order number and reason. You do not need to use a particular form. Do not ship a watch before receiving written return instructions.

Eligible returns

Eligible returns include watches that arrive damaged, are incorrect, are not genuine, or are materially not as described. Vookum also considers eligible return requests within the 30-day window where a customer wishes to upgrade with Vookum. Upgrade arrangements are subject to a separate written offer and do not limit any statutory remedy.

Return shipping and condition

The customer pays for tracked, appropriately insured return shipping unless the item is defective, incorrect, not genuine, or materially not as described. In those cases, Vookum will arrange or reimburse reasonable required return shipping.

Return the watch with every box, document, warranty card, link, strap, tool, gift, and accessory listed as included. Returned items are inspected against the order, reference and serial records, condition, and included accessories. A deduction will not be made merely because a customer exercised a legal right; any permitted deduction will be explained and itemized.

Refund timing

For an eligible returned item, Vookum initiates a refund to the original payment method within 15 days after receiving the returned watch and completing required inspection, or within any shorter period required by mandatory law. No restocking fee applies.

Return address

Returns are accepted only after return authorisation has been issued, and only at the address confirmed in that authorisation. Returns may be directed to Vookum in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States, or Duisburg-Hamborn, Germany. Always use the address stated in your written return authorisation.

How to complete a return

  1. Email info@vookum.store with your order number and reason.
  2. Include photographs or supporting information when the item is damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed.
  3. Wait for written secure-packing, insurance, delivery, and destination instructions.
  4. Send the watch using the authorised carrier and address.
