Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy applies to orders placed directly through Vookum. Terms shown by a third-party marketplace apply to transactions completed on that marketplace.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every destination Vookum serves. No shipping charge is added at checkout. Any import duty, tax, or customs charge that applies to the delivery destination is handled as described under “Taxes and duties” below.

Availability and handling

Products identified as available can be purchased through the website. After an order is accepted and payment and proportionate security checks are complete, Vookum prepares the order for dispatch within two to three business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays and carrier closures.

If information is required to complete verification or delivery, we will contact the customer. If Vookum cannot fulfill an accepted order, the order will be canceled and any collected payment will be released or refunded.

Delivery estimates

The destination-specific delivery estimate is displayed during checkout before payment. Carrier transit begins after dispatch. Delivery estimates may be affected by weather, security review, carrier disruption, an incorrect address, or recipient unavailability.

Taxes and duties

The tax and duty treatment for the selected delivery destination is shown at checkout before payment. Taxes or duties collected by Vookum appear in the order total, and Vookum will not request an undisclosed product-price surcharge after checkout.

Tracking, security, and delivery

Where provided for the selected service, tracking and signature requirements will appear in the shipping or order confirmation. The recipient must provide a complete deliverable address and may need to present identification to the carrier. Address or recipient changes after payment may require cancellation and a new order for security reasons.

Damage, loss, or incorrect delivery

Inspect the package and contents promptly after delivery. Preserve the packaging and contact info@vookum.store as soon as possible if the package is visibly damaged, missing, or contains the wrong item. Prompt notice helps preserve carrier evidence and does not reduce a mandatory legal right.

Returns

Do not return a watch without written instructions. Return eligibility and return-shipping responsibility are explained in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
