Product Condition and Disclosure Policy
Every product page states whether the watch is new or used and describes the exact item offered. The written description and photographs should be reviewed together before purchase.
Condition categories
- New: brand-new, never used, and unopened in its original packaging.
- Used: any watch for which the new definition does not apply, including a previously owned watch or a product whose original packaging has been opened or is missing.
Additional terms such as unworn, excellent, very good, good, vintage, or display item may describe appearance, but they do not replace the new or used classification.
Exact product and photographs
Photographs should show the exact used watch offered whenever condition, accessories, wear, engraving, patina, or component configuration varies. If an image is representative rather than exact-unit photography, that fact will be disclosed.
Material disclosures
Where known and relevant, the product description identifies cosmetic wear, polishing or restoration, service or replacement parts, aftermarket components, mechanical limitations, approximate measurements, service records, and water-resistance testing. Unknown history will be described as unknown rather than converted into an affirmative claim.
Included accessories
Only the box, papers, warranty card, spare links, straps, buckles, tools, records, and other accessories listed in the product description are included. “Box and papers” does not by itself mean an active brand warranty is included.
Performance and water resistance
A running or timing-machine observation is not a promise of future rate and does not mean a watch was recently serviced. Water resistance is not permanent. A used watch should not be exposed to water based only on its original manufacturer rating; current testing and manufacturer guidance should be considered.
