Pricing, Taxes, Duties, and Promotions Policy

Displayed selling price

The price shown for an available product is Vookum’s direct website selling price in the displayed currency. A customer must be able to complete checkout at that price. Internal estimates or market-value research do not change the checkout price accepted for the order.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, to every destination Vookum serves. No shipping charge is added at checkout.

Taxes and duties

The tax and duty treatment for the selected delivery destination is shown at checkout before payment. Taxes or duties collected by Vookum appear in the order total, and Vookum will not request an undisclosed product-price surcharge after checkout.

Currency

The checkout currency and amount control the transaction. A bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or account fee, which is not charged by Vookum.

Price errors

If Vookum discovers a material price error before dispatch, it may cancel and refund the order or ask whether the customer wishes to accept a corrected price. Vookum will never charge a higher amount without the customer’s express agreement.

Promotions and comparison prices

Promotion eligibility, dates, product scope, and combination rules will be stated with the offer. A comparison or previous price will be used only when Vookum has a reasonable, documented basis for it.

Market commentary

Watches are sold as consumer goods, not as guaranteed investments. Historical prices, scarcity, estimates, or market commentary do not guarantee future value, liquidity, or resale proceeds.
