International Consumer Rights

Vookum’s commercial policies provide baseline transaction terms. Where mandatory consumer law gives a customer stronger or different rights, mandatory law controls.

European Union and applicable EEA distance sales

An eligible consumer generally has 14 days after receiving an online order to notify Vookum of withdrawal without giving a reason. After sending notice, the consumer generally has a further 14 days to return the goods. Statutory exceptions apply only where the law permits them.

Vookum will provide the reimbursement required by law, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for the order, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. Because Vookum offers free shipping, no outbound delivery charge is taken and the reimbursement is the product price. Reimbursement may be withheld until the watch is returned or evidence of return is supplied. The consumer bears the direct cost of secure, tracked, and appropriately insured return shipping when that responsibility was disclosed before purchase, except where Vookum or applicable law requires otherwise.

EU conformity rights apply separately from withdrawal rights and from any manufacturer warranty. For eligible sales, Vookum remains the seller responsible for legally required remedies. The general legal-guarantee period for consumer goods is at least two years from delivery; any permitted shorter period for used goods must be expressly agreed and comply with the applicable national minimum.

United Kingdom distance sales

An eligible UK consumer generally has 14 days after receipt to cancel, a further 14 days to return the watch, and the statutory right to reimbursement. UK rights relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, description, and remedies remain separate from manufacturer warranty coverage.

Prices, tax, and import treatment

The amount, currency, tax treatment, and delivery estimate shown for the customer’s destination at checkout control the transaction. Shipping is free on every order. Vookum will not request an undisclosed product-price surcharge after checkout.

United States and other countries

Customers may have non-waivable local rights relating to cancellation, product quality, warranty, privacy, pricing, product safety, or dispute resolution. Nothing in Vookum’s policies removes a right that cannot legally be waived.
