Warranty, Service, and Legal Guarantee

This page separates any manufacturer or commercial warranty from the legal rights for which Vookum remains responsible as the retailer. Coverage supplied with a particular watch is identified on its product page and in its included documentation.

Manufacturer or brand warranty

A manufacturer warranty applies only when the product page expressly states that valid manufacturer coverage is included and identifies the available documentation or remaining term. A warranty card, box, or set of papers does not by itself guarantee that a brand will accept a claim.

The relevant brand is the warrantor only for verified manufacturer warranty coverage. Vookum is an independent retailer, not the manufacturer, an authorized dealer, or an authorized brand service centre. Vookum will provide reasonable assistance with claim coordination where manufacturer coverage is included.

Mandatory seller rights

Manufacturer coverage is separate from mandatory rights against Vookum as seller. Nothing on this page excludes a legal guarantee, conformity remedy, rejection right, repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For eligible EU consumer sales, goods generally carry a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery. For a used watch, a shorter period applies only where the law of the relevant country permits it and the shorter period was expressly agreed before purchase; it will never be shorter than the applicable mandatory minimum. UK and other national consumer remedies apply according to the law governing the transaction.

Watches without stated manufacturer coverage

If a product page does not state that active manufacturer warranty coverage is included, the watch is not represented as carrying that coverage. This does not remove Vookum’s mandatory obligations as seller.

Making a warranty or conformity inquiry

Email info@vookum.store or call +1 539 203 8750 with the order number, watch reference, description of the issue, when it began, and photographs or video where useful. Do not open, alter, polish, pressure-test, or submit the watch to a third party before receiving instructions if doing so could affect diagnosis, evidence, or commercial warranty coverage.

Do not ship a watch before Vookum has issued written instructions. Watches are accepted only at the address confirmed in those instructions.

Commercial warranty exclusions

A manufacturer or separately stated commercial warranty may exclude ordinary wear, straps, cosmetic marks, accidental impact, misuse, water damage outside verified specifications, magnetism, unauthorized alteration, aftermarket components, theft, and loss. Those exclusions do not limit a mandatory remedy for a defect, lack of conformity, misdescription, or other matter for which the seller remains legally responsible.

Authenticity

Authenticity concerns are governed by the Authenticity Policy and the Returns and Refunds Policy.
