These Terms govern direct purchases from Vookum. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms together with the product page and the policies linked from it.

Independent retailer

Vookum is an independent luxury-watch retailer and reseller. Vookum is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of any brand shown on the website. Brand names and trademarks identify genuine products offered for resale.

Products and condition

Watches are offered in new or used condition as stated on the product page. The product description identifies the accessories included with the exact watch. Photographs, specifications, condition information, reference information, and written answers supplied before purchase form part of the product description.

Price, currency, taxes, and duties

The price displayed for the selected product and currency is the direct website selling price. Customers in the United States are charged in US dollars (USD); customers in the European Union and France are charged in euro (EUR); customers in the United Kingdom are charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping is free on every order, so no shipping charge is added at checkout. The tax and duty treatment for the selected delivery destination is shown at checkout before payment. Taxes or duties collected by Vookum appear in the order total.

Availability and order acceptance

Products displayed as available can be ordered online. An automated receipt confirms submission, not final acceptance. Vookum may decline an order before dispatch for failed payment, material pricing or description error, fraud or compliance concerns, delivery restrictions, or a genuine inability to fulfill. Any collected payment for a declined order will be released or refunded.

Accepted orders are prepared for dispatch within two to three business days after payment and required checks are complete. Carrier delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Payment and verification

Only payment methods displayed at secure checkout are accepted. Vookum may conduct proportionate billing, identity, address, fraud, sanctions, and delivery verification. Complete payment-card credentials should never be sent by email or chat.

Warranty

Manufacturer or brand warranty coverage applies only when the product page expressly states that valid coverage is included. Vookum acts as the retailer and customer contact for reasonable warranty coordination but does not represent that it is the manufacturer or an authorized warranty agent. Mandatory seller obligations remain unaffected.

Returns and upgrades

Eligible returns are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy. Upgrade or trade-in requests are separate transactions subject to inspection and written acceptance; they do not automatically reverse an earlier purchase.

Errors and customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information and review the selected product before payment. Vookum will not silently substitute another reference, configuration, condition, or included set.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory law in the customer’s country or delivery destination prevails where applicable.
