Order support

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Do not send complete payment-card details, passwords, government identification, or a full watch serial number through ordinary email.

Returns

Do not ship or deliver a return until Vookum has issued written return instructions. Returns are accepted only at the address given in your return authorisation. High-value returns require secure, tracked shipping arranged in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Complaints

Email info@vookum.store with the subject “Formal Complaint,” the order number, a concise description of the issue, supporting information, and the resolution requested.
